Midway reminder -Twinchies Halloween Challenge

Good afternoon one and all, have you made your Halloween Twinchies yet?  Why not make a 2" x 2" piece of Halloween artwork and enter it into the challenge.  Here are a few twinchies and some ideas on how to use them in your crafting.

Today I am using digital images and Halloween stickers (borrowed from the childrens' craft boxes).  The images are from Pink Petticoat and The Digi Stamp Boutique, coloured with Promarkers and Distress inks.  My idea for using my twinchies was motivated by a request for Halloween cards, party invitations and gift/trick or treat bags.  Here is what I came up with.

My twinches were created with children in mind and I used some bought Halloween stickers to put on my twinchies bases. These were then made into tags to add to gift bags/boxes.

A tutorial for the bags can be found over at my Designs for Occasions Blog, pop over and take a look they are so easy to make and would be ideal for Christmas decorated in a festive manner of course.

Its Looking a Lot Like Halloween

Good morning everyone out in blogland, another month and a new Show Us Your Twinchies Challenge. Last month's Autumn Twinchie entries were fantastic, thank you all for your entries and without further ado the winner was.....

 Number 13 - Wendy K

I picked the winner using Random Org (see a working version in the sidebar) but as yet have not worked out how to get the picture of the winning number into my blog post, any suggestions would be most welcome!

Congratulations Wendy, take your well earned winners badge from the side bar, your winning twinchie can be seen in our winners gallery.

This month we want all things spooky, the nights are drawing in and Halloween will be upon us at the end of the month so the theme for October is, you guessed it, "Halloween".

Here are a few creepy spooky twinchies to get you going I am sure you will come up with some devistatingly ghoulish entries for this challenge.

My twinchies were stamped with Halloween stamps from  Indigo Blu and My Mind's Eye, embossed with black powder and coloured with Promarkers and distress inks.

I am looking forward to seeing all your spooky twinchies and  will be back later in the month with some more ideas in the midway-reminder post.

The challenge will run from 9.00 am on 1st October and finish at 9.00 am UK time 31st October.  Place your entries here:
